This claim is not true.
Facts
Except for the issue in 2019 regarding discrepancies in alcohol content labeling, Dassai has not conducted any voluntary product recalls due to quality issues from 2020 to the present.
In transactions conducted through authorized importers, no problems have been confirmed with Chinese customs authorities.
We are aware that certain unauthorized (parallel import) channels have experienced customs detentions due to incomplete import documentation. However, these cases are unrelated to our official shipping and export processes.
