On Saturday, October 18th, we held the “Yamaguchi DASSAI Party” at the Yamaguchi Grand Hotel.
This year, we were honored to welcome 270 guests.
To everyone who joined us for the first time, and to those who participate every year—thank you very much for your continued support.

The event was hosted by Mr. Yuji Eguchi, a former announcer at Yamaguchi Broadcasting.
With his humorous and engaging talk, the 2025 “DASSAI Party” began in a lively and cheerful atmosphere.
The event opened at 1:00 p.m., followed by an address from our president, Mr. Sakurai, at 1:05 p.m.

The theme of this year’s gathering was “DASSAI Moon,” our upcoming project scheduled to launch this month.
President Sakurai passionately spoke about the purpose behind our challenge to brew sake in outer space, emphasizing that this achievement has been made possible thanks to the support of everyone involved.

The toast was given by Ms. Shinobu Fujii, a devoted fan of both fashion and DASSAI.

A total of about 20 different DASSAI varieties were served during the event, including:
“DASSAI Beyond,” “DASSAI Future with farmers,” “DASSAI 23 Centrifuge” “DASSAI 23 Hayata,” “DASSAI 23 Elegantly Tipsy,” “Composing the Future,” “DASSAI 23,” “DASSAI 39,” “DASSAI 45,” “DASSAI Nigori Sparkling 45,” “DASSAI Artisanal Inception” series (3 types), “Blue 23,” “Blue 35,” “Blue 50,” “Umeshu,” “Amazake,” “Namazake,” “DASSAI Sparkling Water,” and the welcome drink, “Otter Fest Sake.”

Throughout the venue, guests actively interacted with our Artisan.

We received many comments such as, “It was wonderful to hear stories directly from the people who actually make the sake,” and “I was deeply moved by Dassai’s new challenges.”

This year, we also featured a “DASSAI Artisanal Inception” booth again, where representatives from three brewing teams spoke directly with guests about their approach to sake-making, their dedication, and the distinct flavor profiles of their brews. It became a place where visitors could truly feel the passion of the artisan.

In addition, artisan from our New York brewery joined the event, providing guests with a deeper understanding of “DASSAI Blue.”

Many attendees expressed their interest in learning more about DASSAI and shared warm messages such as, “We’re already looking forward to next year!”

All of us at DASSAI would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support.
We will keep challenging ourselves to create the future of sake.
Please continue to cheer us on as we take the next steps forward.
